Dr Abu Bako (BSc, MSc, CCPhD), a former lecturer in Economics and Senior Researcher in Agricultural Economics, is the Founding President and Global Executive Chairman of the Logos-Rhema Foundation for Leadership Resource Development. He is primarily a people-builder-a specialist in training, equipping and developing quality leaders at all levels of public life for about 50 years.

Abu Bako has spent over four decades conducting in-depth analyses on the large-scale collapse of systems and structures-pin-pointing root causes, especially in these challenging times. He has been able to come up with proven solutions and thus has become a catalyst for holistic change and transformation.

He has also operated as a Natural Health Consultant with a very broad knowledge in health issues, punctuating the importance of disease prevention by developing and maintaining sound health systems. His constant research into natural remedies discovering long forgotten herbs for primary preventive health and other dimensions of health have positively impacted quite a number of people with stubborn health challenges. He focuses on solutions that address these issues at Cellular levels with specific emphasis on Diet, Nutrition and Lifestyle changes.
